The Expo 2020
The Expo 2020 is an event that is suitable for all ages! Children have special rates with free access that has unlimited entries for the entire 6 months of Expo. This is available for children under 18, students, people of determination and for seniors that are over 60 years old. To make children’s visit as smooth and memorable as possible, they have a range of services for families with children.
Children can enjoy a Mars-inspired playground where they can climb their way to Mars through fun nets as they learn all about planets and the universe. They can jump on the trampolines and feel as if they are flying in space. Children can learn about other children through Expo’s “Children’s Tales From Around the World” where children from over 70 countries have written traditional stories. This allows children to learn about different cultures through storytelling in a fun and colourful way. They can even learn about penguin behaviour through robots, where they can play a jump and run game to guide a baby penguin back to safety past the deadly dangers of the Arctic.
A Model United Nations (MUN) conference will be held during the Expo 2020. This event is expected to bring together over 120 nationalities across the UAE, including Emirati students. It will run for three days where all the students will experience all the pavilions.
Students will learn about the world through research and debates. The theme of the MUN is to help improve the world., |
