His father says that eating fruits every day helps you stay healthy and strong.

Our School Trip to the Farm: Last week, our class went on a trip to Green Valley Farm. We left school at 8 o'clock in the morning. The bus ride took about 45 minutes. When we arrived, a farmer named Mr. Hassan welcomed us. First, he showed us the vegetable garden where they grow tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce. Then, we visited the chicken house and collected fresh eggs. The most exciting part was making our own cheese! Mr. Hassan taught us how milk becomes cheese. It was amazing to see. For lunch, we ate fresh salad from the farm and drank cold milk. Before leaving, each student got a bag of fresh vegetables to take home. Everyone agreed it was the best school trip ever!

Staying Healthy: Khalid went to the doctor last week because he was feeling ill. He had a headache and his throat hurt. The doctor did an eye test and a hearing test. Then she checked his blood pressure. The doctor told Khalid that he needed to drink more water and eat more fruits and vegetables. She said he should sleep for eight hours every night. Khalid promised to take better care of his health. Now he drinks six glasses of water every day and eats an apple after lunch. He feels much better!
