General Guidelines

First: The Academic Plan shall be implemented across all cycles, from Kindergarten through Grade 12, in public and private schools following the Ministry of Education curriculum, as well as in technical and applied schools and among learners enrolled in the Continuous Education Programs. Implementation shall be in accordance with the approved plan
for Academic Year 2026-2027.

Second: All curricula and the Assessment Policy shall be implemented in accordance with the officially published guides on the Ministry of Education website.

Third: An Individual Education Plan (IEP) — whether a Curriculum Accommodation Plan or a Curriculum Modification Plan — shall be applied for students of determination. The IEP shall specify the appropriate grade level, instructional strategies, and assessment and examination considerations for each category of students of determination, in accordance with the approved IEP and the approved Assessment Policy for students of determination examinations.

Fourth: The Academic Plan shall be shared with all relevant stakeholders for effective implementation in the Academic Year 2026-2027
